RMSA - Regional Maritime Security Architecture

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Regional Maritime Security Architecture (RMSA) platforms, including the Regional Maritime Information Fusion Centre (RMIFC) and Regional Coordination Operations Centre (RCOC) websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our platforms are intended for use by member states, authorized personnel, and the general public for information purposes. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized access to restricted areas, including the Members Portal, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RMSA, RMIFC, or RCOC and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date maritime security information, operational decisions should be verified through official channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

RMSA, RMIFC, and RCOC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or operational decisions made based on information provided through our platforms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international maritime organizations and the host countries of RMIFC (Madagascar) and RCOC (Seychelles). Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate diplomatic and legal channels.
